Our Future Home

ITEC will be housed in the former Holmes Street Elementary School, an historic brick building in Lansing’s Holmes Street neighborhood. The facility will be completely renovated by mid 2010, its antique wood floors and brick facades complemented by modern office interiors and a glass atrium.

The finished space will provide a unique atmosphere for innovation and creative thinking.

A High-Tech Hub
As the new home of ITEC and Spartan Internet, and an outreach partner for MSU, the Holmes Street facility will serve as a key regional hub for IT innovation.

 

With the added involvement of the Holmes Street Neighborhood Association, the building will serve a civic as well as economic function, providing a center for neighborhood community involvement.
